Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, and in original packaging

• Items must be in the same condition as received

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or damaged products

• Items not in their original condition or packaging

• Non-returnable items (clearly marked on the product page)

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item only (e.g., different size or color), subject to product availability.

If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Processing time: 5–7 business days

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
