Gunpowder Green (Loose Leaf) is a form of Chinese green tea in which the tea leaf is rolled into a small, round pellet. In particular, the tea leaves are withered, steamed, rolled and then dried.

Davidson’s Gunpowder is sourced from Wuyuan County, in the Jiangxi Province of China. This area is known as part of the “Green Tea Golden Triangle,” as the climate and altitude are prime for green tea growth and production. The small farmers in this area live by the tea in a small, remote village, and believe in building harmony between man and nature.
Brewing:
Heat fresh, filtered water just short of the boiling point.
Add 2 grams of tea to a infuser, or straight into an 8-oz. mug.
Pour the heated water into the mug.
Steep for 3-5 minutes.
Strain tea leaves, or take out the infuser.
Sip and enjoy Davidson’s organic tea.
